Welcome! Second grade is an exciting year for you and your child, both spiritually and academically. I am excited to begin a new school year and look forward to taking this journey with you.

On this website you will find valuable class information. It is my hope that you will check back often. Working together I know we can make this a successful and rewarding school year.

Children need to practice addition and subtraction facts nightly. Rapid recall of basic facts in both addition and subtraction are necessary skills to ensure success in math this year. Don’t forget to read, read, read each night with your child.

It is important that home and school keep in contact to assure second grade success. Feel free to contact me anytime.  Please be mindful that I have parental obligations to school aged children as well.  I can be reached through a note sent in with your child, a phone call made to the office at 215-338-9797 or emailed at [email protected].  I will make every attempt to acknowledge and or respond to all correspondents within 24 hrs.   Phone calls will be returned at the end of the day when possible. 

Please join all 3 trimesters.  I will archive 2 and 3 once everyone joins.  They will become available on the 1st day of each new trimester.
