My name is Sanya Wolstenholme. I am going into my 31st year of teaching!!!! I have taught in private school (Pre-K), The School District of Philadelphia (K), Saint Vincent-Tacony (K-12th gr), Saint Timothy(Pre-K to 8th substituting), and Good Shepherd (Pre-K). I have been the Art teacher, Pre-K 4 Teacher, Kindergarten and this will be my fourth year as a 3rd grade teacher here at Blessed Trinity. I am so excited to meet my new "children".
I attended Saint Dominic’s for grade school and graduated from Saint Hubert Catholic High School for Girls. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Hood College in Frederick, Maryland and my Masters Degree in Education,in 2009, from Cabrini College. I am continuously taking classes to keep my teaching certificate active as well.
I will be married 29 years this November to a “Judge boy” and we have two beautiful daughters. My oldest, Mackenzie, graduated in the 1st graduating class of Blessed Trinity Regional Catholic School and graduated from Saint Hubert in 2017. She graduated from YCP in 2021with a Forensics Chemistry degree and is working for the government in a crime lab. She was married in June 2022! My son-in-law, Dan, is amazing and working in HVAC. We are truly blessed and proud to say he was a United States Marine !!!
My younger daughter, Tori, graduated from Blessed Trinity in 2016. She graduated (during the Pandemic) from St.Hubert in 2020. She was the President of Student Council, graduated with honors, and was on the National Honor Society. She graduated in May from Holy Family University. This year I am so proud to have her here at Blessed Trinity as the Pre-K teacher. She definitely keeps me on my toes! We also have an adorable puppy named Kona who will be 5 in October!! And a 2 yr old grand pup named Harley.
I am very excited to be a Blessed Trinity faculty member. Saint Timothy’s is my parish and my home away from home. I cannot wait to teach your children!! I truly LOVE teaching and cannot imagine doing anything else!! PS- I love Reeses Cups and Dunkin ;)
