Welcome.  My name is Jennifer Simmons. This is my sixth year at Blessed Trinity, and  I am excited to teach 2nd grade this year.  I graduated from The College of New Jersey, formerly Trenton State College .I am looking forwarded to growing with each scholar, and assisting them with making things click.  I love the openness and eagerness to gain more knowledge that 2nd graders possess.  And we will work together with the goal of achieving independent learners.  

This Jersey Girl lives in Philadelphia with my husband, and 2 daughters.  My oldest daughter is a junior in high school, and my younger daughter is in eighth grade here at  Blessed Trinity.  Outside of ensuring my girls have the best childhood EVER, my world is always kid friendly when little people are present.  When I must be an adult, I enjoy traveling, shopping, spending time with family and friends, and getting lost in a really good book.  I love giraffes and Winnie the Pooh.  Your scholar will quickly learn I love Chick Fil A,  Harbo Gummie Bears, Sour Cream and Onion Pringles, and can't survive without my Pepsi.  That is my coffee!

 I am overly excited to start this school year!  It will definitely be a little different, but SUCCESSFUL!
