Mrs. Sledzeski and I provide instruction and remediation in the area of math for grades 1-4 to improve overall math abilities. Lessons will be taught in a small group setting to ensure individual needs are met following the curriculum set by the homeroom teacher. We will also assist homeroom teachers within the classroom setting. 
 
Children are expected to bring math book and pencil case with school supplies to class every day.
 
We strongly encourage nightly practice of addition and subtraction facts in grades 1-3. By now 3rd graders should have mastered addition and subtraction facts to 20. Please review. Later in the year we will be working on multiplication and division facts. Our fourth grades should continue to practice their multiplication and division facts learned in 3rd grade. Knowledge of times tables is integral to learning the new skills presented in 4th grade.
