Important Information from the Tuition Office:

ELIGIBILITY for Parish educational contribution

Progress Reports are coming… and then Report cards will be issued

First, the Tuition Office wants to thank the many families who are consistent in paying their family’s tuition on time and/or according to their set agreement. We realize that this is not easy and we appreciate their dedication and commitment to their children’s Catholic education.

According to the BTRCS Tuition Policy: “Report Cards/Progress Reports will be given to the children of the families who are current or are current with their Written Agreement with the Tuition office concerning their payment plan.”  In order to ensure that your child(ren) receive their Progress Reports/Report cards, your account needs to be current at least 10 days before the Progress Reports/ Report cards are issued. 

Tuition payments for the 15/16 school year must be completed by April 2016. In May if financial obligations are current, then registration for the 16/17 school year will be considered complete. For those who still have an outstanding balance in June and have registered for the 2016/17, the registration fee will be applied to the 2015/16 tuition balance and the registration for 2016/17 will be cancelled.
